La Vie en Rose Restaurant in Brea is just minutes from the Anaheim Convention Center and John Wayne
Airport.
This charming reproduction of a Normandy farmhouse offers several picturesque dining rooms as well as
tapestry covered booths for private conversation. Proprietor Louis Laulhere immigrated
to America to open the business of his dreams.
A visit to La Vie en Rose is like a visit to the French countryside. The menu includes recipes native
to the Gascony and Province seaside villages and farms. The extensive menu features Sautéed Veal Medallions
with Calvados Demi Glace and Caramelized Apples, Roasted Pork Tenderloin with a Port Wine Veal Reduction
and Roquefort Chive Butter, and Poached Salmon with a Sorrel Beurre Blanc Sauce. There are delicious selections:
everything from pasta to fresh seafood, chicken, duck, pork, veal, and beef. There is something to appeal to
everyone. We recommend our elegant pastries and desserts, made by our pastry chef, as a delightful finish to
your meal. The menu is revised frequently to offer new taste sensations to our patrons.
We can accommodate all your entertaining at our award winning restaurant. Aside from the ambiance of the
