Following are Banquet Selection Menus. Here are a few tips to make your planning easier.

- Determine estimated number of guests attending.
- Determine heading for personalized menu. We can help with suggestions!
- When selecting hors d'oeuvres, choose a combination of hot and cold items including vegetarian, meat, and seafood.
- When selecting your menu, try to vary categories, i.e. vegetarian, chicken, fish, pork, veal, or beef.
- Consider a combination entree to give your guests variety and increased efficiency.
- We are happy to help you select wines to accompany your meal.
