 "Owner Louis Laulhere's goals for his restaurant keeps it fresh for returning customers. The blend of hospitality and superior cuisine
has made this French restaurant popular. He uses only fresh ingredients every day, and changes some of his menu items with the seasons.
In summer he offers a lighter fare, and when the cold weather sets in he offers more substantial meals. He has built a strong base
of customers, he doesn't have much turnover in his employees."
